Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we do with the information you give us. In short: we use it to quote for and carry out roofing work, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not doing your job.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
• The address of the property and what you have told us about the roof
• Photographs of the roof taken during the inspection and the work

How we use it

To arrange the inspection, prepare your quote, carry out the work, invoice you, and answer any questions afterwards. Where you ask us to, we will supply photographs and a written report to your insurer.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed work, including invoices and guarantees, are kept for six years as required for tax and warranty purposes.

Who else sees it

Nobody, other than the people carrying out or accounting for your job. We do not sell or rent contact details to anyone. If you contact us through WhatsApp or Facebook, the message also sits on that platform under its own terms.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this page will say so before it goes live.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email corkroofingcompany@gmail.com or ring 087 711 3766 and we will deal with it.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
